WASH will lease the laundry room from the property and provide either coin operated or card payment commercial laundry equipment.

We even handle all of the service, collections and distribution of laundry room revenue. Or, if you prefer, you can maintain control of the collections yourself.

Our equipment and systems utilize many proprietary security features including machine locks, tamper-resistant gates, vault sleeves and other components to deter break-ins. From month-to-month to longer-term contracts, WASH offers flexible lease options and competitive commission packages.
